I may have gotten a little carried away with this new design. I was originally going to do a simple customizable parody birthday card inspired by old Goosebumps books, with just the front of the card featuring the art, but it just didn’t seem right not including a back with a synopsis of the story. After all, a greeting card is practically a chapter book without pages. So, I wrote a synopsis for the back, that fit with the aging millennial theme and could also be edited to suit the recipient. I couldn’t just leave it at a front and back cover though. The card needed a caption. So I added in, “Millennial Beware–You’re getting gray hair!”. The text looked lonely so I drew up a creepy ventriloquist Dummy to go with it. Anyway, I’m really happy with the results. I’ve made the card available here on my Zazzle shop.
